Causal network outcomes

As we showed in the theme aggregation example, we can color the nodes in a causal network by outcome values. That is perhaps the best place to see the use of causal networks for outcomes- using the interleaved example data is less clearly relevant, since spatial scale changes as well, though it can be done. Integrating these plots with the more general approach of plot_outcomes is high on the priority list.

There are many other causal network plots we can make but those in the theme aggregation example, target outcomes, rather than adjusting other aesthetics of the network for other reasons, such as altering color by level.

We should be able to change size as well. And we can color the edges, but that’s less clear what the meaning is.
